Team seats admin

Every team-bundle order — the 10 / 20 / 50-seat tiers across all 9 paid trades plus the trade-neutral team_bundle SKUs. Columns: order date, buyer email, contact name, plan, tier, seats, status. Use this list to hand-distribute seat invites across orgs — the /api/payment/team-license route reads the same TeamSeat rows for the broker-facing PDF.
